We provide tailored candle-making experiences for your family gatherings, friendship celebrations, birthday parties, bridal showers, corporate events, and more!
A private experience will last approximately two hours but can be extended depending on the number of participants.
Booking Requests: Upon submission, you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss your event needs. If desired, you may contact us directly via text message at 405-300-0487 or using the "Send A Message" feature at the bottom of the page. If we are unable to accommodate your booking request, your deposit will be immediately refunded.
Host: Owner/Operator of Scentsational Encounters, LLC, will conduct the candle-making experience. With several years of candle-making experience and hosting this event, your friends and family are in for a treat! Provided Items: All items listed here. Any alterations will be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
Cost: The cost for each participant is $50, which includes all decorative items and supplies needed for candle-making. A non-refundable deposit of $50 (for events within the Oklahoma City area) or $100 (for events within the Tulsa or Dallas areas) is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to the event start time.
The minimum event fee is $300 within the Oklahoma City area and $500 within the Tulsa and Dallas areas. Participants can cancel without penalty, less the deposit, before 72 hours of the event start time. Within 72-48 hours of the event start time, a 50% penalty will be assessed, and 75% within the 48 hours prior to the event. All reservations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will require full payment. Partial refund requests (a decrease in the number of attendees) will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Location: It is preferred that you provide a space to conduct the candle-making experience. If you are unable to host the event, alternative location options are available (additional fee may apply).
Requirements: Each participant (or guardian) will be required to sign a release of liability waiver at the start of the event. An example of the waiver can be found here but will be altered dependent upon the location.
